About the Role
As a Task Force Agent at The Matalegion Group, you will be responsible for providing operational support to various hotel properties on an as-needed basis. This role involves stepping into various line-level positions to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations during peak times, staff shortages, or special projects. The Task Force Agent will work closely with hotel management to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
Requirements
Operational Support:
Assist in daily operations of assigned hotel properties, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other line-level positions as needed.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and excellence.
Support hotel staff during peak times, special events, or staff shortages.
Guest Service:
Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards guests at all times.
Assist in handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with hotel staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on tasks and any issues encountered.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
Adapt to different hotel environments and line-level roles as needed.
Be willing to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel to different hotel properties as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts and travel as needed.
Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Experience:
Hospitality or customer service: 2 years (Minimum
Knowledge of Hotel system Is a HUGE PLUS!! (Opera/V%/Cloud, Fosse, FS-PMS, Lighspeed, OnQ)
Knowledge of Forbes, AAA Diomand, FHR Is Extremely Beneficial
Ability to be on the road for weeks or months at a time
