The Matalegion Group seeks experienced and dedicated Medical Doctors (MDs) across all specialties to provide exceptional medical expertise in dynamic hospitality settings. This unique role involves traveling to various locations and working with top-tier hospitality organizations, ensuring the health and well-being of guests and staff in a range of settings, from hotels and resorts to cruise lines. We offer both direct hire and temporary travel-based assignments, allowing flexibility to work across different regions and projects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Care & Treatment: Provide immediate and on-call medical support, including diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic care for guests, staff, and partners in various hospitality venues.
Emergency Response: Act as a primary responder for medical emergencies, coordinating with local healthcare facilities as needed and ensuring appropriate care and safety protocols are followed.
Health & Wellness Consulting: Collaborate with hospitality management teams to design and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of guests and staff, elevating the standard of health and wellness services.
Compliance & Protocols: Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, adhering to all medical safety standards, and managing medical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Travel & Adaptability: Be flexible with travel schedules and adapt to various hospitality environments, including hotels, cruise ships, resorts, and remote locations, depending on assignment needs.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution and a valid medical license in the assigned region(s) of work.
Board Certification in specialty areas (preferred) with active membership in relevant medical associations.
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably with experience in travel-based, hospitality, or remote environments.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to new and varied environments and hospitality standards.
Exceptional Communication Skills to work with diverse teams, deliver wellness consultations, and provide patient care in a fast-paced setting.
Multilingual Ability (preferred but not required) to better serve diverse guest populations.
